We have finally launched the Ponton Interiors Website and the Ponton Interiors blog and if you’re reading this, you’ve come to the right spot! My name is Kylie, and I am the owner and principal designer of Ponton Interiors. Here’s a little more about what makes me tick!
WHY I’M HERE..
I love being an Interior Designer.
I have created a firm that prides itself on creating impeccable construction documents and inspired designs. Our relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and installers allow us to execute beautiful designs as seamlessly as possible. Communication is key to creating projects that boast the finest details and finishes.
One of my favorite parts of design is creating custom furniture and lighting and finding the one of a kind details that bring inspiration to our interiors.

MY BACKGROUND
I grew up in Australia, traveling all over the East Coast - or wherever the Air Force transferred us. Moving often meant new bedroom designs in every home, so interior design must have seeped into my consciousness at an early age.
My love for travel and adventure also stems from family road trips and my love for the Australian Coast line and all things outdoorsy and beautiful.
EDUCATION & DESIGN EXPERIENCE
Every day I draw on skills developed from my degrees in both Communications and Interior Design, and I am a big believer in the importance of continuing education.
I’m a licensed NCIDQ designer and professional member of ASID. Both are organizations that recognize the importance of maintaining licensure in Interior Design and understanding the intricate details that go into designing both residential and commercial properties.
WHAT I DO BEST
My specialty is large scale residential new construction and boutique commercial projects and I have experience in building homes ranging from 8,000-20,000SF.
I love going to High Point Market, the interior design mecca for furniture and generally attend twice a year, in the Fall and Spring, so I’m always up to date on new releases and the comfiest seats in the industry! We test EVERYTHING!

MY PASSION PROJECT
THIS is what really gets me excited about design and how it can impact lives. I’m the Chapter President for Savvy Giving By Design and we are honored to be providing room makeovers to children who are facing medical crisis in the Tampa Bay Area at no cost to their family.
I truly believe that providing a beautiful, healing space for a child to recuperate in while facing the unimaginable will have long reaching benefits to the family, their friends and the children whose lives we can touch through this organization. I am so proud to be a part of this!
