In this phase, we refine every detail of your home’s interior architecture and material palette. From finishes, cabinetry, and lighting to plumbing fixtures, flooring, and custom millwork, we guide all selections through showroom visits, vendor coordination, and detailed drawings. We collaborate closely with your architect, builder, and consultants to align design intent with construction goals, updating floor plans, elevations, and budgets accordingly. In this phase, we translate the approved final design into fully detailed construction documents, including scaled CAD drawings, specifications, and annotated plans to guide contractors and trades. These comprehensive construction drawings support accurate bidding, seamless installation, and efficient project execution, while providing design oversight.

We are actively involved to ensure the design on-site is executed, including site visits for quality control and coordinating closely with multitude of people that come together to make a new home. We respond to RFIs and assist with punch list coordination to support a smooth and successful build completion. Orders are placed for furniture based on the timelines for delivery that we have identified. We handle the sourcing, ordering, and coordination of furnishings, decorative lighting, window treatments, and accessories that bring the design to life. Our team manages vendor communication, order tracking, quality control, and delivery logistics to ensure each item arrives as planned and in perfect condition. This phase ensures a seamless transition from design vision to beautifully installed interiors.

This is the exciting final chapter—where your everything comes to life. We coordinate and supervise the full installation of furnishings, art, and accessories, managing all vendors to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. Your home is professionally styled and staged for both photography and your big reveal. We complete a final punch list walkthrough and offer optional post-move-in support to ensure a seamless and joyful transition into your newly designed home.
